1. All Transactions are Final Cryptocurrency transfers are irreversible. Once an exchange is processed and funds are sent to the network or bank, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or refunded.

2. User Errors (Incorrect Details) You are 100% responsible for providing the correct receiving wallet address or bank account details. If you provide the wrong information and funds are sent, they are permanently lost. We will not issue refunds for user input errors.

3. Below Minimum ($500) Penalty Our system only processes high-volume orders of $500 or more. If you manually send us an amount below this limit, it will not process automatically. Recovering and refunding these funds requires a manual review and will incur an administrative 5% penalty fee, plus any network charges.

4. Platform Failures (100% Refund) If you successfully send us your funds but we cannot complete the exchange due to a technical error or banking downtime on our end, you will receive a 100% full refund back to your original wallet or bank account.

5. Illegal Funds & Failed Verification (No Refund) We strictly prohibit the use of illegal funds and third-party payments. If our system detects suspicious activity, your transaction will be frozen, and we will require strict identity (KYC) and source-of-funds verification. If you cannot provide proof that the money legally belongs to you, the funds will be permanently locked, and no refund will be issued.
