3. User Responsibilities & Accuracy You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide. If you enter an incorrect cryptocurrency wallet address, network type (e.g., TRC-20 vs. ERC-20), Bank Account number, or UPI ID, the funds will be permanently lost. We hold no liability for user input errors.

4. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Illegal Funds We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for stolen funds, scams, and money laundering.

• You agree that all funds used on our platform are legally obtained and belong to you.

• We reserve the right to freeze any suspicious transaction and demand Know Your Customer (KYC) identity and source-of-funds verification.

The final rate is locked in at the exact moment your funds are successfully received and confirmed by our system. We are not responsible for price volatility that occurs while your transfer is pending on the blockchain or banking network.
